This book was helpful for understanding the premise of "mindfulness". I've certainly gained a lot from being more present and aware of my current state: emotionally, spiritually, physically, health, etc. There are certainly some very valuable principles I learned from this book that I can recommend:Forgiving others a way to release "baggage" and learning to worry less. I've found as I've gotten older that about 99% of what I worried about in the past never came true, and never will. So why carry a burden you don't have to? Mindfulness gives you some great tools.
